End-User Support at Various Company Locations
For nearly four years, I was responsible for providing technical support to users, both on-site and remotely, and sometimes it was necessary to provide support in different offices of the company.
Such was the case in November 2018 when I was sent by LEONI Cable to the city of Celaya, Guanajuato, to ensure the proper operation of all computer systems and assist users with any difficulties they encountered. This was during an important event for the company, allowing it to be carried out without any difficulty.
